First Time golf club set?

Im starting golf and I need a decent 1st time set of clubs. not much over 250 dollars. I found this ok set, the Walter Hagen Men’s T3 Set Right Hand-09 at Dicks Sports. Is this ok? its on the dicks sports site under golf-clubs-full sets-then on the left click on Walter Hagen and go to this one and check it out if thats not too much trouble. If this is no good, you can suggest other club sets that would suit me as a begginer. Thanks.
