I am in a business class and for my final I have to write a business plain. So I need to know what it cost every 12 months how many acres dose it take to build one how much would it cost per acre. I was thinking a 4 to 5 star curse 18 hole 4-5 pa and good enough that itd have something like a driving range pro shop (ect)
