You can do non-conventional things with your g/f, such as mountain-climbing, hiking, skydiving, bungee-jumping, motocross, whitewater-rafting, camping, etc. Make sure that you have a professional with you to oversee the proceedings. There’s nothing worse than getting hurt doing something you’re not qualified to do.
