I mean, very nice and new, and not only the homes, the surrondings. Like new shopping areas, and all. I live in bellalago in kissimmee, which is a very nice gated community, but as soon as you leave out of the community, it looks like the southside of chicago (the ghetto/country living mixed into 1) and I hate it. I want to live where its nice for miles outside of my community. I have applied for a rental home in avon park, which is pretty ok, but although there is nice new shopping , its not that much of it. Man I remember we looked at one home that had a golf course , but i cant remember where it was anymore. I know there was a home called don ascher homes over in the community. Anyway, please provide any good info
