I have Titleist ZM irons with x100 shafts. My 5 iron is only going 180 yards! I used to hit it 195-200 before I upgraded to these irons. I went to a golf shop to get my irons checked out, and they say everything is fine with them.
these irons weigh D5, is that heavy?

Were you playing X100 shafts then, are your ZMs heavier than your last set, and what type of club were you playing before (blade, cavity back, forged or cast)? Your answer is in one of these.

The reasons to those of clubs before buying them set up like that and most players would be better served by having less stiff shafts are going to true cavity back.
The exact same the same the exact same the latest thing out on your new irons are terribly stiff shafts as well and its one of clubs before buying them set.
